Delete your HIREABLE account

Method 1: Delete in the app (recommended)

1. Open HIREABLE on your iPhone
2. Tap the Settings icon (top right of the Home tab)
3. Tap "Account"
4. Scroll down and tap "Delete Account"
5. Confirm the deletion in the prompt

Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. This action cannot be undone.

Method 2: Email request

If you can't access the app for any reason, email us at hello@hireable.app from the email address associated with your HIREABLE account.

Subject line: "Delete my account"

Include in the email:

• The email address on your HIREABLE account
• Confirmation that you want to permanently delete your account
• The reason (optional, helps us improve)

We'll process the request within 7 business days and confirm by email when complete.

What gets deleted

When you delete your HIREABLE account, the following is permanently removed:

• Your account credentials (email, password)
• All resumes you've uploaded or created
• All career goals and profile information
• All saved mock interview transcripts
• All application tracker entries
• All coach chat history
• Your subscription history (subscription itself is managed by Apple — see below)

Important: Your subscription does NOT automatically cancel

Deleting your HIREABLE account does NOT cancel your Apple subscription. To stop being charged, you must ALSO cancel through Apple:

1. Open iPhone Settings
2. Tap your name at the top
3. Tap "Subscriptions"
4. Tap HIREABLE
5. Tap "Cancel Subscription"

We recommend canceling the subscription BEFORE deleting your account.
